Return Policices
The product must be unused, with the price label attached, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Returns are only accepted if the item was delivered damaged or burnt.
For proof of damage, the customer should record a video of opening the parcel.
This video must be sent to our WhatsApp, where our team will contact you within 5 working days.
Products ordered during a sale cannot be returned.
Exchange Policies:
Items can be exchanged if the wrong size or product was delivered.
If the product size is not correct, it can be altered.
Products bought during a sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
